You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share, resell, or misuse your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Pricing is as displayed on our website. Subscriptions are prepaid.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by Indian consumer protection laws.

5. Use of Data

The investor data you access through our platform is provided for personal and business fundraising purposes only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse this data in violation of Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Data Protection Rules.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass or spam investors using their contact details.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract our database outside the permitted use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and data on the platform are owned by 69Ventures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as per these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding investor responses, interest, or funding outcomes.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time, but subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written notice before resorting to litigation.
